Management
Lesley has managed and delivered on a wide range of specified contracts on behalf of the Queensland Government, Industry groups and for numerous private clients. She has delivered a diverse range of programs and training across Queensland jails, working with remote Indigenous communities, on site in remote mining facilities and across Australia as the occasion has demanded. Lesley’s expertise lies in developing facilitative management practices that enable others to carry out their responsibilities and involve all concerned in the decision making process.
Training
In the early 1990’s Lesley became actively involved in adult vocational education, and began designing and developing competencies and training modules. She has designed and delivered training in adult literacy and numeracy skills, cultural awareness, strategic management skills, contractor safety management and professional development for trainers. She has developed assessment systems/resources for a range of industries.
