E-learning is most often defined as an approach to facilitate or enhance education by electronic means such as e-mail, computers, or the Internet. E-learning can be done in discussion forums, with collaborative software, or via highly integrated learning environments
Crestfern have been involved in e-learning for many years and use this form of training as a blended approach to innovative training practises.
In 2008 Crestfern have been engaged by the Australian Flexible Learning Framework to manage a project on how E-learning will transform VET delivery in the Complex industries!

Re-vamped Working at Heights E-learning Tool
Below is a link to a completed e-learning tool for Working at Heights. This prints out a competency sheet at completion which indicates the person’s ability to be assessed in each section. And can be organized so that trainers can trend people’s attempts at various sections, so that problem areas can seen and then addressed by further training.
